Is baby casting safe?
Yes. The moulding material is gentle, non‑toxic, and suitable for newborns from just a few days old. It sets quickly and comfortably, capturing every tiny detail without causing any discomfort.

Does my baby need to be asleep?
Not at all. Babies can be awake, feeding, or simply resting in your arms. The process is calm and quick, and we work around your baby’s natural rhythm.

What if my baby moves?
Movement is completely normal. The material sets fast, and we’re experienced in working with wriggly little ones. If needed, we simply try again — gently and without any pressure.​

How long does the appointment take?
Most sessions take around 40-60 minutes, depending on the number of casts. Everything is unhurried and relaxed.​

How long does it take?
Lead times vary depending on the finish you choose. Baby hand and foot casts in bronze take a little longer, usually 25 - 30 weeks. Framed plaster baby casts are about 8 - 12 weeks.
You’ll receive gentle updates along the way so you know exactly how things are progressing.

Is the process messy or uncomfortable?
Not at all. The moulding material feels soft and warm on your baby’s skin and washes away easily with warm water. Most babies remain relaxed and settled throughout the process.
