Orders & Delivery
At Zoe Green Casting, every piece is handmade in the UK and created especially for you. As each casting is bespoke, we ask that you read the information below before placing an order.
​Orders & Payment
All of our castings are made to order following your casting appointment and confirmation of your chosen finish and design.

Once payment is received in full, your order is considered confirmed and you will receive a confirmation email. Production times are calculated from the date of the casting and order placement, not from the date of enquiry.
Production Times
As each piece is created by hand, production times vary depending on the material and finish selected.
Current lead times are provided at the time of ordering and are intended as a guide. We will always do our best to complete your casting within the stated timeframe, however delays may occasionally occur due to the handmade nature of the process or circumstances beyond our control.

UK Delivery
UK delivery for castings starts from £30 for a pair of casts aged 0–6 months.
We use Royal Mail Special Delivery, a secure next-day service that requires a signature upon receipt. Delivery costs for larger or heavier items, such as family or holding-hands sculptures, are calculated according to weight.

Please note that next-day delivery refers to the service used from the date of despatch, not from the date your order is placed. You will receive an email confirmation once your casting has been dispatched.

International Delivery
International delivery is available and charged separately.
All overseas orders are sent using a fully tracked and insured service. Please contact us at enquiries@zoegreen.co.uk for a delivery quotation.

Please note that any import duties, taxes or customs charges applied by the destination country are the responsibility of the client and are not included in our pricing.

Bespoke Items
All Zoe Green Casting pieces are handmade to order and personalised. For this reason, returns or exchanges are not possible once production has begun.
